Terms & Conditions Governing Your Use of the wtfwin Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Binding Agreement. By accessing, registering on, or using the wtfwin platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the wtfwin platform.

2.2 Supplementary Policies. These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the wtfwin Privacy Policy and any game-specific, promotion-specific, or feature-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not prohibited from using gambling services under the laws of your jurisdiction, and that your use of wtfwin does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The wtfwin platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by, or use of the platform on behalf of, any person below the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. wtfwin reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.

3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of wtfwin is legal in your jurisdiction. The platform is primarily operated under PAGCOR's regulatory framework for the Philippine market. Individuals accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not authorized to use wtfwin and do so at their own legal risk.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active wtfwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. wtfwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false, misleading, or unverifiable information has been provided.

3.5 KYC Verification. All Members must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal privileges are activated. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes the PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, and passport. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold.

3.6 Excluded Persons

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a wtfwin account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of wtfwin or its affiliated companies;
• Individuals who have previously been permanently self-excluded from the wtfwin platform;
• Individuals who are subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or legal prohibition restricting their participation in gambling activities;
• Individuals using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable law.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wtfwin login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your wtfwin account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify wtfwin support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. wtfwin will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

4.3 Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or gaming activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wtfwin may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts or close them following written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining real money balance in a closed inactive account will be returned to the account holder through the registered payment method following identity verification.

4.4 Account Closure by Member. Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting wtfwin support. Upon closure, any outstanding real money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4.5 Account Suspension or Termination by wtfwin. wtfwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity falsification, or money laundering;
• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• The Member has made chargebacks through their payment provider;
• Required by applicable law, court order, or PAGCOR regulatory directive.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wtfwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, and USDT (TRC-20). The list of available methods may change from time to time. All transactions must be conducted through methods registered in the account holder's own name.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and most e-wallet methods are credited to the Member's wtfwin account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits typically reflect within 5–15 minutes. wtfwin does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits; however, the Member's payment provider may impose transaction fees for which wtfwin accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) hours for GCash and Maya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to completion of KYC verification and absence of any pending compliance review. VIP-tier members with Gold status and above receive expedited withdrawal processing.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and matching KYC documents on file;
• Any applicable Bonus Fund wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal;
• wtfwin may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as required by anti-money laundering obligations.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the wtfwin platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by wtfwin are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. These General Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount the Member must wager before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted).

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Specific contribution percentages are published on the wtfwin promotions page and may vary by promotion.

6.4 One Bonus Per Member. Unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including through multiple accounts or organized collusion, constitutes bonus abuse and is classified as prohibited conduct under Section 8.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds expire within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

6.6 Discretion to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. wtfwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus credits that have already been applied to a Member's account and are subject to active wagering will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of issue unless fraud or abuse is detected.

Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the wtfwin platform operates according to specific rules accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a dispute or refund of wagers.

7.2 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on the wtfwin platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for RNG-based games, or by physical processes observed via live video stream for live dealer games. wtfwin does not manipulate game outcomes and maintains no ability to influence individual game results.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing wagers. wtfwin may adjust bet limits at any time. VIP Members may be eligible for enhanced bet limits as described in the VIP program terms.

7.4 Cancelled or Interrupted Games. In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error that causes a game to be interrupted before resolution, wtfwin will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server records and process the outcome accordingly. If reconstruction is not possible, the wager for that round may be voided and the bet amount returned to the Member's account.

7.5 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a technical malfunction displaying incorrect odds, game results, or bonus payouts — wtfwin reserves the right to void the affected transactions and correct account balances accordingly. Members who have materially benefited from a manifest error are not entitled to retain such benefits.

7.6 Sports Betting. For sports betting markets offered at wtfwin, specific wagering rules govern bet settlement, push rules, in-play betting restrictions, and maximum payout limits per event. These rules are published in the sportsbook section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wtfwin platform:

• Fraud and Identity Falsification: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent identity documents;
• Money Laundering: Using the wtfwin platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimize proceeds of crime in violation of Republic Act 9160;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account per individual person;
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to use your account, or using another Member's account credentials;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, including through coordinated multi-account activity;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes in any game format, including poker or live dealer tables;
• Chargebacks: Filing unauthorized payment chargebacks or payment disputes through payment providers for legitimate transactions;
• Platform Interference: Attempting to access, alter, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the wtfwin platform's technical systems, software, or data;
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access the platform while under 21 years of age or facilitating access by a person under 21.

Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the wtfwin platform — including but not limited to the wtfwin brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and promotional materials — is either owned by wtfwin or licensed to wtfwin by third-party providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act 8293).

9.2 Limited License. wtfwin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or rights to sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any content from the wtfwin platform without the prior written consent of wtfwin. Unauthorized use of wtfwin's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment. wtfwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling causes financial, emotional, or social harm, it has stopped being entertainment. wtfwin takes this seriously as a licensed operator under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all wtfwin Members in their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that are system-enforced;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous session duration settings;
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic prompts during active sessions showing time elapsed and net gaming balance;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension from 24 hours up to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account closure for a defined period (30 days, 3 months, 6 months) or permanently.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion is a serious and effective tool. Once activated, wtfwin will block login access for the selected period, suppress all marketing communications, and take reasonable steps to close or restrict access to the account. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

10.4 Age Verification. wtfwin enforces strict age verification procedures. Access to real-money gaming requires submission of government-issued identification confirming the Member is 21 years of age or older. wtfwin takes no responsibility for any harm resulting from a minor providing false age information to circumvent these controls.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty. The wtfwin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wtfwin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the platform or its content.

11.2 Service Interruptions. wtfwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, service interruptions, technical failures, network issues, or any force majeure event beyond wtfwin's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

11.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, wtfwin's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Consequential Loss. In no event shall wtfwin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if wtfwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.5 Gambling Losses. By using the wtfwin platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose real money. wtfwin accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Members in the course of ordinary platform use. Only gamble what you can afford to lose.

Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by wtfwin is governed by the wtfwin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to your account and use of the platform.

12.2 Data Processing Basis. wtfwin processes your personal data on the basis of contractual necessity (to provide the services you have requested), legal compliance (to satisfy PAGCOR licensing requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, and Philippine Data Privacy Act compliance), and legitimate interests (to maintain platform security and improve services).

12.3 Your Rights. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), Philippine residents have rights including access to their data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure of data no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and the right to object to processing. These rights may be exercised through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Initial Complaints. Members with a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of wtfwin's services should first contact the wtfwin customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Initial complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and a resolution will be sought within 5 business days.

13.2 Escalation. If an initial complaint is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction within 10 business days of submission, the Member may request formal escalation to wtfwin's compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a written response within an additional 10 business days.

13.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute remains unresolved after exhaustion of the internal complaints procedure, the Member may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as wtfwin's regulatory authority. PAGCOR's contact information and complaints process are available on their official website.

13.4 No Waiver. The submission of a complaint through wtfwin's internal process does not constitute a waiver of any legal rights the Member may have under Philippine law.

Amendments to Terms

14.1 Right to Amend. wtfwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion, including to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices.

14.2 Notice of Material Changes. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Members' rights or obligations — wtfwin will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address on file, an in-platform notification, or a prominent banner on the wtfwin website. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect substance) may be made without notice.

14.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued access to or use of the wtfwin platform after the effective date of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the E-Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.

15.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13.

15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific or game-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and wtfwin with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
